The customer service was really good. The chef were pretty good too support my dietary requirements (he asked my partner what i liked and surprised me with wonderful food).

we had a poor spa area experience. my massage was disappointing, and my friend had to shower in our room after a skin treatment as the spa area had no hot water. she was charged full price and was driven up the hill (part dressed) by buggy to our room to shower. many of the lockers in the spa area are broken.
