I really appreciated the kindness of all the staff at the reception. I also loved the shop next to the reception. It exceeded my expectations. The people at the restaurant was very kind too. Next time, I will certainly choose the same place again and warmly recommend it to friends.

My massage was disappointing. I did not have a good experience at spa. The spa area did not have hot water available when my friend wanted to shower after a skin treatment. She was charged full price even if the experience was degraded. She was cold and the buggy drove her part dressed up the hill to our room.

The customer service was really good. The chef were great too support my dietary requirements (he asked my partner what i liked and surprised me with wonderful food).

we had a poor spa area experience. my massage was disappointing, and my friend had to shower in our room after a skin treatment as the spa area had no hot water. she was charged full price and was driven up the hill (part dressed) by buggy to our room to shower. many of the lockers in the spa area are broken.
